Refund/Cancellation Policy

All our products are non-returnable as the product falls under the personal care hygiene category

 Refund/Cancellation can be initiated under the following circumstances:

    • Received damaged product
    • Received wrong product
    • Received Product is used or altered
  • The request will be accepted only if the request is initiated within 3 days post order delivery.

    Our team will set up a time with you for a video verification after which the refund/exchange/store credit will be processed within 30 days if the video verification is approved by our team.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures and videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation/returns on sale items or gift cards.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    We will notify you once we’ve received the refund claims form and video verification and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time even up to 45 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
